1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cv669 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the cv669 platform.

• "Balance" refers to funds held in a Player's cv669 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cv669 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with cv669's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and cv669. 3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one cv669 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, exploit promotional offers, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. cv669 reserves the right to close any or all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated Wagers or Balances.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep your Account details up to date at all times. Any Account found to contain false or misleading registration information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). cv669 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing a first withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. cv669 reserves the right to freeze Account withdrawals until satisfactory verification documentation has been received and approved.

4Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. cv669 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify cv669 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. cv669 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of your Account by a third party where the loss arises from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

4.3 Account Sharing. cv669 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account. Accounts found to be shared between multiple individuals will be suspended and investigated for potential Prohibited Activity.

4.4 Security Features. cv669 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Activity alerts are sent to your registered contact details when a new device accesses your Account. If you receive a notification for a login you did not initiate, contact support immediately.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cv669 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cv669 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in another person's name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. cv669 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with changes communicated via the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. cv669 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network interruptions, or bank processing windows outside cv669's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the cv669 Account holder. Identity verification (see Section 3.4) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. cv669 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of any active investigation under Section 8.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawals submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 24 hours. cv669 does not guarantee processing times and will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

5.6 No Money Laundering. cv669 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. Deposits that are returned without being used for Wagering — or patterns consistent with placement of illicit funds — will be flagged and reported in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. cv669 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected rule violation, technical error, or odds pricing error.

6.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds displayed on the cv669 Platform are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. Once a Bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds at that time are locked. cv669 is not responsible for odds movements occurring after Bet confirmation.

6.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the void period specified in the relevant sport's rules, clear pricing errors, or force majeure events. Void Bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Balance.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games available on cv669 are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and verified RTP (Return to Player) rate. 6.5 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform during an active Wager, cv669 will investigate and resolve the dispute based on available server data. cv669 does not guarantee continuous, error-free service and will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime or game interruption beyond its control.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by cv669 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period stated; incomplete wagering results in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.

7.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a single promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate Accounts or manipulation of personal details constitute a Prohibited Activity.

Where bonus abuse is detected, cv669 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account.

7.5 Withdrawal of Promotions. cv669 reserves the right to amend the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be handled on a case-by-case basis at cv669's discretion.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv669 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent Account closure with forfeiture of Balance:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Registering under a false name, date of birth, or identity in order to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or allowing Account access by, any third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place Wagers, exploit pricing anomalies, or interfere with Platform operations.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically placing opposing Wagers across markets or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage, without reporting the error to cv669.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or other manipulation of gaming outcomes.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

9Responsible Gaming

9.1 Player Commitment. cv669 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. It must not be used as a method of generating income, recovering financial losses, or funding personal obligations.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cv669 Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who self-excludes will have their Account suspended for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, cv669 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from accessing the Platform and from receiving promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. 12Privacy and Data

cv669 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services, comply with legal obligations, or investigate potential Prohibited Activity.

13Amendments to Terms

cv669 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform and/or via their registered contact details, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the cv669 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to initiate the Account closure process.

14Termination of Account

14.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your cv669 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining Balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

14.2 Termination by cv669. cv669 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity; (b) a Player has provided false registration information; (c) a Player is under 21 years of age; (d) an Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months; or (e) cv669 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for Prohibited Activity, cv669 may void all pending and settled Wagers, forfeit the Account Balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate. cv669's obligations to the Player cease upon Account termination except as otherwise required by applicable law.

15Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the cv669 operating entity.

cv669 operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and its primary operational language is English. All formal communications between Players and cv669 — including dispute notices, account queries, and legal correspondence — must be submitted in English to ensure accurate processing.
